Hi. It’s me, Dave, again. I hope this email finds you incredible. Anyway, as hinted at in the subject line, Tasteful Nudes, my critically acclaimed and seriously-good-and-you-can-ask-anyone first book, published in hardcover last year by St. Martin's Press (reputable), is now being made available to the public in the popular paperback format on September 3. As you can probably imagine, I am pretty excited about it as the paperback version is perfectly suited for both those of you with an on-the-go lifestyle and also those of you who like the option of being able to roll the book up into a cylindrical weapon of sorts that works great at Renaissance fairs, Civil War reenactments, the free clinic, or anywhere else it's sometimes nice to have a bludgeoning instrument at the ready at a moment's notice that ain't nobody gonna say sh*t about.

To celebrate the release of my paperback, I will be putting on several public displays of my reading ability, specifically on September 6 at Book Court in Brooklyn. This is going to be an extreme literary blowout where I read, answer important questions, and then sign books and butts. Hear 2 Heal Guitar Giveaway

Blessid Union Souls has created Hear 2 Heal for high schools. Now they've got a Blessid Guitar giveaway going on. Here's latest:

Since there has been such a great response to the guitar give away we are working on creating a couple of different ways to win.

1. The primary purpose for this promotion was to help bring awareness to the Hear 2 Heal project and to help school performing arts programs all over the country. For each school that participates in this program and if the school sells out their event (90% capa...city or greater) the student, teacher or parent that sells the most tickets wins a personally autographed custom built one of a kind Blessid Union / Hear 2 Heal guitar. There could potentially be a guitar built and given away for every school event .

2. For those Blessid Union fans that would not be able to participate in a Hear 2 Heal progam we don't want to leave you out so we are working on an alternative contest. I don't have the details worked out quite yet but we are close. So if I may ask, please stay tuned for further details.
